The Corporate Signature is a strategic management tool designed to support the development of learning organisations. The 'Signature' provides business leaders with a clear picture of their organisation's capacity to enhance and sustain learning, and provides a blueprint for facilitating effective growth and change through learning.

Using 36 key elements that impact on learning within an organisation, the Corporate Signature builds a rich evidence-based picture of how an organisation's culture, environment, procedures and practices are positioned to support and sustain the links between learning and business strategies. The Corporate Signature is deployed through a series of interactive, workshops. These sessions involve employees from all levels of the organisation, from senior management, to members of each department. The process ensures that views on strengths, challenges and opportunities are representative of the organisation as a whole.
